Miss Erica fell in love with dance and expression through movement at the young age of 4. At the age of 6 she competed in many different dance styles such as Jazz, Acro, Lyrical, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, and Tap winning several special awards and scholarships for her performances. As a studio dancer Miss Erica also completed, with honours, the Jazz, Acro, and Ballet PAEC exams from the pre-primary to pre-professional level.
Miss Erica has been teaching dance classes for 7 years now. As a teacher Miss Erica has committed herself to growth and ongoing education. Miss Erica is Module 1 & 2 certified with Acrobatic Arts, Preschool Dance certified with Acrobatic Arts, Module 1 certified with Alixa Flexibility, and is a part of the Professional Adjudicators Alliance. Miss Erica also attends dance teacher expos and workshops to ensure that her students get the most out of every class. Miss Erica takes immense pride in every single class that she teaches and ensures that every class a student takes is valuable, makes a difference, and is rewarding for them. Miss Erica loves to see her students grow not only as a dancer, but as an all-around person.
