Faculty – Shelley Rennick

Shelley Rennick has studied dance since the age of four with various studios across Ontario. Her dance styles include: Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Musical Theatre and Modern. She attended Etobicoke School of the Arts and York University where she studied Modern dance and Ballet in the Fine Arts Program. Over her years of training, she was a successful competitive dancer and completed her dance examinations through the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and the Canadian Dance Teacher Association (CDTA). She has taught, choreographed, and performed for many theaters and production companies across Ontario for the past 30 years. For many of those years, she has had the privilege of working with competitive dance students that have gone on to achieve many awards for their efforts and hard work. She has watched them grow into mature, considerate, and responsible young adults and is proud of the relationships she has built with them. She is privileged and excited to have the opportunity to pass along her skills and share her love of dance for a third season with the fabulous staff and students at Dance Elite!
