Susan has performed in plays and musicals for over 35 years, including professional children’s musical theatre. She studied acting, voice and set design at the University of Guelph, receiving a B.Sc. and BA Minor in Theatrical Arts and has also studied teaching techniques at Seneca College. Susan has trained in gymnastics, tap and ballet disciplines. She has had the privilege to dance and sing through numerous musicals, but her first love is character acting. Some memorable roles include; Rachel Lynde (ANNE OF GREEN GABLES), The Widow Corney (OLIVER), Domina (A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE FORUM), Dorothy (STEPPING OUT) and Grandma Tzeital (FIDDLER ON THE ROOF). Susan has been teaching Musical Theatre and performance arts since 2011 and loves to pass on her passion for theatre to new generations.
