Taylor has always had a passion for the art of dance. She started dancing at the age of 2 under the direction of the Fleming School of Dance in Oakville. She later furthered her dance education at the Oakville Academy for the Arts where she trained in the art of Musical Theatre. At the age of 9 she was offered a spot on the competition team at The Edge School of Performing Arts under the instruction of Susan Kasaic-O’Reilly. She competed in the styles of jazz, ballet, lyrical, hip hop and musical theatre for nine years. She is the recipient of many overall titles and first place awards for her work in the disciplines of Jazz and Hip Hop. She has performed at the half-time shows for both the Raptors 905 and the Hamilton Tiger Cats. After graduating from there, she began to train with B.A.B. Toronto to further develop her commercial dance training and she continues to be a company member with them in the styles of Hip Hop, Jazz Funk and Heels. She has also trained at DanceLifeX and The Underground Dance Centre in their commercial intermediate and advanced classes. 

Taylor has always loved to share her passion with young dancers. She joined the Instructor Development Program at The Edge and graduated as a Senior Level Assistant. She was offered the position of Master Instructor to teach the dance programs offered through the Town of Oakville where she developed the curriculum for their Hip Hop, Jazz Funk and Boys dance programs. She is an active member of the Professional Adjudicators Alliance. Taylor is an award-winning choreographer in the style of Hip Hop earning Best Choreography on numerous occasions. She works everyday to provide her dancers with top-quality training and prides herself in helping her students develop confidence through her passion of dance.
